Q1: How does the Refer & Earn program work?
Share your unique referral link with event organizers. When they sign up using your link and sell paid tickets or add-ons on KonfHub, you earn 0.5% of the base sales amount for those events.
Q2: How much can I earn?
There is no limit to how much you can earn! The more organizers you refer—and the more successful their events are—the more you earn.

Q3: What sales are eligible for rewards?
You earn rewards on the base price of every paid ticket and paid add-on sold for eligible events in India by organizers you referred. The base price is the ticket or add-on price after discounts are applied, excluding GST, payment gateway charges, and platform fees.
Q4: Can I earn from events outside India?
No. Referral earnings apply exclusively to events organized by Indian organizers where ticket and add-on sales are processed through KonfHub in India.
Q5: What happens if someone signs up without my referral link?
Only organizers who sign up directly through your unique referral link or use your referral code will be linked to your account. If they register without it, we cannot retroactively attribute the referral to your account.
💰 Payouts, Balance, & Taxes
Q6: When do I start earning?
Your referral earnings accrue immediately after a paid ticket or add-on sale occurs. Pending earnings will automatically reflect in your dashboard balance.
Q7: When can I redeem my earnings?
You can request a withdrawal once your available balance reaches ₹100 or more. Please ensure you have added your Indian bank account details before initiating a withdrawal. Once requested, payouts take 3–5 business days to process.
Q8: Are my earnings taxable?
Yes, referral earnings are treated as commission income.
If your total payout exceeds the threshold prescribed under applicable tax laws, we may be required to deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under Section 194H of the Income Tax Act (or any successor provision) at the applicable rate.
To comply with these regulations, we will collect your PAN (Permanent Account Number) before processing your payouts.
Q9: Why am I not seeing any earnings yet?
This usually happens if:
An organizer hasn't signed up using your link yet.
Your referred organizers haven't sold any paid tickets or add-ons.
Recent sales are still being processed.

⚠️ Rules, Account Changes, & Restrictions
Q11: How long do I earn from a referral?
Your earnings do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing. However, if an event's ownership changes, future referral earnings for that event are determined by the new owner's referral relationship:
If transferred to another organizer you referred, you continue earning from future eligible sales.
If transferred to an organizer not referred by you, your earnings for that event will stop post-transfer.
Q12: Can I refer myself or my own organization?
No. Self-referrals or creating fake/secondary accounts primarily to earn referral rewards from your own events are strictly prohibited.
Q13. Can multiple people refer the same organizer?
No. An organizer can only be associated with one referrer. The referral is attributed to the referral link or referral code used during sign-up and cannot be changed later.
Q14: Can referral earnings be withheld or reversed?
Yes. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse earnings if we detect fraudulent activity, program abuse, fraudulent registrations, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, or violations of our Terms of Service, Referral Program Terms, or applicable laws.
Q15: Can KonfHub modify or discontinue the program?
KonfHub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer & Earn program, adjust referral percentages, or reject payouts where required due to platform policy updates, fraud prevention measures, or changes in applicable laws and regulations.
