Using variables in KonfHub email templates and campaigns is simple. You can insert dynamic placeholders directly while composing your email content.
Step 1: Open Email Templates or Email Campaigns
You can use variables in two places:
For automated emails:
Go to your Event Dashboard
Open Advanced >> Email Templates
Choose the template you want to edit (confirmation, reminder, ticket email, etc.)
For Email campaigns:
Go to Contact Attendees
Click Launch Email Campaign
Step 2 : Open the Email Editor
Inside the email editor, you can compose your subject line and body content just like a normal email.
