Enable Q&A for Sessions

From the KonfHub admin dashboard for your event, navigate to:

Event Info → Agenda

You can choose whether you want Q&A to be available for all sessions or only for selected ones.

If you'd like every session in your agenda to support audience questions, you can enable it across the board. If only specific sessions require it, simply edit those sessions individually and switch Q&A on.

Assign a Moderator

For every session where Q&A is enabled, a moderator can be assigned.

Moderators play an important role in maintaining the quality of discussions. Before questions appear publicly in the Event App, moderators can review them and decide whether they should be approved or removed.

This helps keep conversations relevant and ensures that speakers are presented with meaningful questions during their sessions.

Add Moderators to the Event

Moderators can be added in two different ways:

  • Through the Team section by entering their email addresses.
  • Directly through the Event App.

This flexibility allows organizers to involve session hosts, volunteers, or members of the event team in managing attendee interactions.

Allow Anonymous Questions

Not everyone feels comfortable asking questions publicly.

To encourage wider participation, organizers have the option to enable anonymous questions. When this setting is turned on, attendees can submit their questions without displaying their identity to others.

This is especially useful for sensitive topics, executive sessions, or simply for creating a more welcoming environment where attendees feel confident sharing their thoughts.

Add the Q&A Module to the Event App

After configuring the settings, there's one final step.

Head to the Modules section and add the Q&A module to your Event App.

Once the module has been added, attendees will be able to access the feature from within the app.
