Audience engagement has evolved far beyond raising hands in a crowded conference room. Whether you're organizing a conference, summit, workshop, annual meeting, or virtual event, keeping attendees act

When people register for your event, the excitement doesn't begin on event day, it starts the moment they receive their ticket.
For many organizers, tickets have always been viewed as a simple confirmation document. As long as the QR code works and the attendee details are correct, the job is done. But today's attendees expect more. Every touchpoint, from the registration page to the confirmation email and the ticket itself, contributes to the overall event experience.
That's why we've introduced Ticket Designs on KonfHub.
With three professionally designed templates, you can now choose how your tickets look while ensuring they continue to include all the information attendees need. Whether you're hosting a corporate conference, a music festival, a workshop, or an exclusive networking event, your tickets can now reflect the professionalism and personality of your event.
A ticket isn't just an entry pass, it's often the first branded asset your attendees interact with after registering.
Think about it. Attendees frequently download their tickets, save them on their phones, print them, or share them with colleagues. A clean, thoughtfully designed ticket instantly creates a better impression and reassures attendees that they're attending a well-organized event.
More importantly, a great-looking ticket shouldn't come at the cost of functionality.
Every Ticket Design on KonfHub continues to display all the important information your attendees need, including:
Event name
Ticket name
Attendee details
QR code for check-in
Ticket add-ons
Seat number (where applicable)
Additional venue details
Any other information you've configured for that ticket
The design changes, but the information remains complete and easy to access. Your attendees get a polished ticket without losing any of the details that help them have a smooth event experience.
To suit different event styles, KonfHub now offers three pre-defined ticket templates, each with its own look and feel.
The best part? You can choose the design individually for every ticket type in your event.
That means your VIP tickets can have one style while your General Admission or Workshop tickets use another.
Let's take a closer look.
The Classic template is the original KonfHub ticket that many organizers are already familiar with.
Its clean layout focuses on clarity, making it easy for attendees to find the information they're looking for. If you prefer a traditional ticket design that's simple and reliable, the Classic template remains an excellent choice.
It's particularly well suited for:
Conferences
Workshops
Seminars
Corporate training sessions
Community events
Sometimes, keeping things simple is exactly what your attendees need.
The Modern template gives your tickets a more refined and premium appearance.
Instead of presenting information in a basic document layout, it prominently displays the event name and ticket name in a stylish header, creating a cleaner visual hierarchy.
The result is a ticket that feels more polished while remaining practical and easy to read.
The Modern template works especially well for:
Business conferences
Startup events
Leadership summits
Professional networking events
Industry expos
If you're looking to elevate your event branding without any extra design effort, this template is a great option.
The Compact template is our newest and most distinctive design.
Featuring a sleek black theme, it looks and feels much closer to a real event ticket than a traditional registration document. One of its standout elements is the side-mounted QR code, which gives the ticket a clean, contemporary appearance.
It's compact, stylish, and designed for events where presentation plays an important role.
The Compact template is perfect for:
Concerts
Festivals
Award ceremonies
Entertainment events
Premium experiences
Tech conferences
If you want your attendees to receive something that looks like an actual admission ticket, the Compact design is the perfect fit.
Not every attendee has the same experience at an event, so why should every ticket look identical?
With Ticket Designs, you can assign different templates to different ticket categories.
For example:
This flexibility lets you create a more tailored experience for different attendee groups while maintaining a consistent level of professionalism across your event.
Selecting a ticket design takes just a few clicks.
You can choose a template in either of these ways:
Go to Event Info.
Open Tickets.
Click Create Ticket.
Select your preferred Ticket Design.
Complete the remaining ticket details and click Create.
Navigate to Event Info → Tickets.
Go to the Ticket Design tab.
Select the template you want to use.
Save your changes.
The updated design will automatically be used for tickets generated for that tickets..
Ticket Designs are available exclusively for organizers on the Silver and Gold plans.
This gives growing events and large-scale conferences another way to create a more premium registration experience without investing in custom ticket design or development.
For the organizers in Gold plan, when the logos are changed using the Whitelabeling feature, then these ticket designs are updated with the uploaded logos.
Event organizers spend weeks perfecting registration pages, promotional campaigns, speaker announcements, and event branding. Yet the ticket, the one thing every attendee receives, is often overlooked.
A thoughtfully designed ticket helps reinforce your event identity, improves readability, and creates a stronger first impression. It also makes attendees feel more confident that they're attending a professionally managed event.
And because every template still includes all the essential information, from ticket add-ons and seat numbers to venue details and QR codes, you never have to choose between style and functionality.
Your ticket is one of the last things attendees receive before they arrive at your event—and one of the first things they'll look for on event day. Giving it a polished, professional design is a simple way to elevate the overall attendee experience.
With KonfHub's new Ticket Designs, you can choose from three thoughtfully crafted templates, assign different styles to different ticket categories, and continue providing attendees with all the information they need in a clear, easy-to-read format.
Whether you prefer the familiarity of Classic, the polished look of Modern, or the bold style of Compact, your tickets can now do more than grant entry, they can make a lasting first impression.
After all, a great event experience doesn't start at the venue. It starts the moment your attendee opens their ticket.
Ticket Designs allow organizers to customize the appearance of their event tickets using professionally designed templates. KonfHub currently offers three templates—Classic, Modern, and Compact—while ensuring all essential ticket information, such as attendee details, QR codes, seat numbers, and add-ons, is included.
Yes. You can assign different ticket designs to different ticket categories within the same event. For example, VIP tickets can use the Compact design while General Admission tickets use the Classic or Modern template.
Ticket Designs are available exclusively on KonfHub's Silver and Gold plans. Gold plan organizers also benefit from automatic logo updates on tickets when using the White Labeling feature.
No. Changing the ticket design only updates the visual layout. All configured ticket details—including the event name, attendee information, QR code, ticket add-ons, seat numbers (where applicable), venue details, and custom fields—remain intact.
You can select a ticket design while creating a new ticket or update the design for existing tickets by navigating to Event Info → Tickets → Ticket Design, choosing your preferred template, and saving your changes. The selected design will automatically be applied to newly generated tickets for that ticket category.
