How to Set Up an Event Profile
Getting started with Event Profiles is simple:
Go to Dashboard – Log in to your account. Click on your Profile icon in the top-right corner and choose the menu option “Dashboard”.
Open Event Profiles Section – You’ll find a dedicated section for managing Event Profiles.
Create a New Profile – Add a profile name and description to get started.
Edit & Customize – Add your organizer details, team members. This organizer information will be filled in your events by default when you create a new event.
Apply Branding – Configure your white labeling preferences. You can change the logos for your event in the Branding tab and sender email details in the Customization tab.
Note: that the branding and customization changes will apply to your event only when your event is in Gold plan.
Associated Events – You can see the events associated with this event profile from this section.
That’s all - your event profile is ready to use.
Once set up, your profile will be available under your account, ready to apply to any event with just one click!
When creating your next event, you can choose the event profile: once you select the profile, the event profile details will be automatically applied to the created event.
