How to Enable and Collect Session-Wise Feedback

As an organizer, here’s how you can set up and view feedback for each session:

1. Go to your event dashboard on KonfHub.com.

2. Navigate to the Event Info section and open the Agenda tab.

   

3. Enable Feedback for the agenda — this allows attendees to provide session-specific feedback.

   

4. Add multiple feedback questions if desired (e.g., rating, speaker effectiveness, session relevance, etc.).The question types could be answer, multiple choice, ratings, drop down etc. You can decide whether the question should be optional or mandatory.

   

5. Once saved, these feedback options automatically appear under each session in the Attendee App.

   

6. During or after the session, participants can open the Agenda module in the app, select a session, and submit their:

   • ⭐ Star rating for quick evaluation.

   • 💬 Written comments to share specific thoughts or suggestions.

     

7. All submitted feedback is captured in real time. You can view detailed analytics within your organizer dashboard to analyze responses and insights for each session. You can have the analytics for the whole, question wise or with individual responses.

   

8. At the end of the event, you can download the consolidated summary of the feedback you have received which will be sent to your email id.
