# The Exhibitor Portal Gets a Makeover: New UI, More Capabilities

At KonfHub, we’re constantly evolving the platform to make event management smoother—not just for organizers, but for every stakeholder involved. With this objective, we have made a major revamp to the look-and-feel and the features of **Exhibitor Portal** to enhance exhibitor experience in large scale events especially expos.

The updates fall into two broad areas:

* **UI enhancements** that make the exhibitor experience cleaner, clearer, and more intuitive
    
* **New capabilities** that give organizers more control and insight and streamline the processes 
    

Let’s take a closer look at the major improvements. 

### **1.  Refreshed Navigation & Cleaner Layout**

The Exhibitor Portal UI has been redesigned to offer a **neat, structured, and distraction-free experience**.

Key improvements include:

* Simplified menu items
    
* Better spacing and visual hierarchy
    
* Clear separation between information and action items
    

Exhibitors can now quickly understand what’s assigned to them without digging through cluttered screens.

**2\. Dark Mode & Light Mode**

To improve accessibility and comfort, the Exhibitor Portal now supports both **Light Mode** and **Dark Mode**.

Exhibitors can switch based on their preference, making long working sessions easier on the eyes.

### **3\. Tickets: Clear Visibility & Easy Sharing**

The Tickets section has been enhanced to give exhibitors complete clarity and control.

Exhibitors can:

* See how many tickets are allocated to them
    
* Purchase / register for the tickets for the team from the exhibitor portal itself 
    
* For registering large number of tickets, bulk upload option is also available 
    
* Share tickets via **email, WhatsApp, or a direct registration link**
    
* Track how many booth representatives have registered
    
* View booth staff details in one place
    

This makes exhibitor-led registrations seamless and transparent.

### **4\. Asset Library: Organized & Easy to Access**

The **Asset Library** now presents all organizer-shared materials in a clean, structured format to the exhibitors.

Exhibitors can easily find:

* Important documents such as Exhibitor Manual and Vendor Listing
    
* Brand assets or marketing materials 
    
* Event-related instructions or resources
    

No more searching through emails—everything lives in one place.

### **5\. Preview the Exhibitor Portal as Different Exhibitors**

One of the most powerful additions is the ability for **organizers to preview the Exhibitor Portal exactly as a specific exhibitor would see it**.

Organizers can now:

* Select an exhibitor from the list
    
* Instantly switch views to that exhibitor’s portal
    
* Verify whether the right details, tasks, tickets, and assets are visible
    

This eliminates back-and-forth communication and ensures exhibitors receive only what’s relevant to them—accurately and on time.

### **6\. Team Management at a Glance**

The Team section now clearly displays:

* All team members added under an exhibitor
    
* Their assigned roles and responsibilities
    

This gives exhibitors better visibility into who has access and who’s handling what.

It is also now easy to register the booth staff/team members by just clicking on the Register button to allocate tickets to them.

### **7\. Leads Captured: Structured & Actionable**

Leads captured via the **Attendee App** are now shown in a **tabular, easy-to-read format**.

Exhibitors can view:

* Attendee details
    
* Who captured the lead
    
* Exact timestamp of capture
    

This structure makes post-event follow-ups faster and more effective.
