There are many situations where you may want to reset a quiz and run it again.
Scenario #1: You are going to use QuizHub for your large conference and want to preview to see how the actual quiz experience will be with the questions, quiz play, etc. With the reset quiz feature, you can now preview the quiz by running it from the admin dashboard and ask your organizing team to join and review the quiz questions, duration of questions, etc. Once your team is satisfied, you can reset the quiz and be confident of running the quiz for your big event!
Scenario #2: For your quiz, you have a mix of questions with code snippets, images, etc. You also have explanations to questions. You want to experience how the players will play the quiz. With the quiz reset feature, you can now run the quiz and open another window or tab to play the quiz; once you are done with the quiz, you can reset it to use it again!
Scenario #3: You run regular workshops or training programs and you have ready-made quizzes that you reuse for your programs. Now, with this reset quiz feature, you don’t have to clone the quiz or recreate the quizzes - all you have to do is reset an older quiz and you are good to go!

Step 1: Log into QuizHub
Start by logging into your QuizHub account with your credentials. Ensure you have the necessary permissions to manage quizzes.
Step 2: Navigate to Quizzes
Once logged in, go to the "Quizzes" section on the QuizHub dashboard. In this section, you'll find a list of your quizzes.
Step 3: Access the Quiz Options and select “Reset Quiz”
Find the quiz you want to reset within the Quizzes. To access the reset options, click on the three dots (ellipsis) located in the bottom right corner of the quiz card. This will reveal a dropdown menu. From the dropdown menu, select the "Reset Quiz" option. This action signifies your intent to revive the quiz. You can reset both ongoing and expired quizzes.
Step 4: Specify Start and End Dates
After selecting "Reset Quiz," you'll be prompted to provide a new set of start and end dates and times for the quiz. This allows you to customize when the quiz will be accessible to participants.
Step 5: Review and Confirm
Double-check the details you've entered, ensuring they align with your intended changes. Once you're satisfied, click the "Submit" button.
Step 7: Update Event Details
Upon clicking "Submit," you will be redirected to the event page associated with the quiz. Here, you can make any additional changes or updates to the event details as needed. This includes modifying event descriptions, rules, and more.
Step 8: Finalize and Check "Quizzes" Section
Once you've completed the necessary adjustments, click "Submit" again. You will then be taken back to the main QuizHub dashboard. On the left panel, navigate to the "Quizzes" section. There, you'll find your reset quiz listed, ready to engage with a new audience or your existing participants.
